01 / The Atelier Protocol
Menik Hair Care operates strictly by appointment to ensure absolute privacy and dedicated artisanal focus. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to our studio's schedule and the professional standards of our staff.
02 / Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Bridal and editorial sessions may require a non-refundable retainer.
03 / Artisanal Integrity
While we strive for technical perfection, hair is a complex biological medium. Results may vary based on hair health, chemical history, and texture. We reserve the right to refuse service if a requested treatment compromises hair integrity.
04 / Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including imagery, narratives, and branding—is the property of Menik Hair Care. No artisanal methodologies or visual assets may be reproduced without explicit written authorization.
05 / Liability Limitation
Menik Hair Care is not liable for allergic reactions to products used during service if pre-existing sensitivities were not disclosed during the mandatory consultation phase.
